Hello my loves! I finally got around to upload my 5th vlog 🙂 This time I’m going to explore with you the treasures and beauty of Europe and this amazing city called Iasi (Iassy) from Romania.
Even though I’ve been back to United States for a few weeks now, life got so crazy and hectic that I literally had no time to dedicate to write a proper post about my trip and to show you all the cool spots I visited.
In this post you’ll see that I went to the old downtown Iasi, relaxed in the Copou Park and smelled (literally) the roses from the Botanical Gardens, checked out the gold plated ceilings of the National Theatre and Opera, saw a wonderful ballet called Gisele, ate pastry in Unirea Plaza, shopped till I dropped at Palas Mall, enjoyed a live outdoors concert by Suie Paparude and got my breath taken away by the stunning Video Mapping Projections on the Palace of Culture.
Let’s not forget about the delicious local cuisine available for savoring at Buena Vista Restaurant and Beraria Veche (for some locally brewed beer – please try Zaganu Beer if you ever get the chance!).
Being a huge ballet fan, I couldn’t pass on the occasion to check out a ballet show – especially when the venue looks as breathtaking as this…
Passion isn’t something that lives way up in the sky, in abstract dreams and hopes. It lives at ground level, in the specific details of what you’re actually doing every day.”
I never had the privilege before to watch a live video mapping projection show in person, so I was so incredibly ecstatic to attend the second edition of this festival! This show was an international competition, where 6 finalists from different countries “battled” together to awe the public with impressive talent and skills.

Thank you so much for reading and watching!! Please share 🙂 As always, much love ❤️
