For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream.
– Vincent Van Gogh
I think wave music and certain perfumes have been made by and for those with a slightly nocturnal heart. The ones that like to look up at the stars at night from a rooftop and dream of different worlds, galaxies and unspeakable adventures.
The ones that feel just a little deeper, fall a little harder and get lost a little faster. The ones that might not have the perfect words to say things, but they show you instead. The ones that chase sunsets, take the last train home and stay in the car just a little bit longer just to finish listening to the song playing. The ones who’s presence, just like the fine mist of an exotic scent, lingers in the room for a little longer after they’re gone, like a ripple effect.
Artists at our deepest core, we’re supposed to be loved, not to be boxed in or understood. The journey takes us; and we take the journey with us wherever we go. Living mostly through our sensory perceptions, we thrive on the right mood and atmosphere.
Just like a garden upon the Nile, we hide layers upon layers of vibrant foliage which when hit by the morning Sun, create a delicately balanced dance between shadow and light.
The fresh scent of lotus flowers paired with the intoxicating green mango tones and earthy sycamore wood make Un Jardin Sur le Nil the perfect companion for an impromptu adventure like walking barefoot through rain kissed leaves in a secret garden, where time stands still and space just disappears.
Thank you so much for reading! As always, much love ❤
