Christmas time is almost here and every year around this time I basically turn myself into a five year old – as opposed to the rest of the year when I’m usually a 3-year old hahaha 😆 Just kidding… But seriously, Christmas is a very special time for me because it’s not only magical, but it’s also a great reminder for us to be kinder, more empathic, more understanding and more loving.
Nothing is more joyous but can also produce more stress than this time of the year. As Christmas and the winter Holidays approaches, the pressure can rise as fast as our peppermint candy cane latte consumption levels. Luckily, we can turn all this frenzy into wonderful excitement and keep our sanity with just a few tweaks in our daily routine.
Happy Thanksgiving my lovelies!! I can’t believe how fast time has flown by. I know I say this all the time, but seriously guys… the year is almost over and I have no idea how we’re already here, thinking of Christmas, gifts, New Year’s resolutions and plans for 2019. Looking back on 2018 so far, it has been a full year for sure. Lots of ups and downs, challenges and changes, transformation and self discovery. I feel like I learned and grown a lot, but also got closer to “my roots” and rediscovered things I loved from the past.
The most wonderful time of the year is here again and I couldn’t be any more excited to share with you a little gift guide I put together. I truly believe the most important gift is always love, family and real connections, without these anything else paling in comparison, but showing your appreciation to your dear ones through small gestures like gifts is always wonderful.
Ever since I was little I dreamed about living near the ocean. As I grew older, I kept imagining how amazing it would be to be able to relax on the beach after a long day with a cozy picnic and a cold beer while watching the sunset. Now that I live in Florida, and the beach is literally minutes away in any direction, I was able to make this dream come true and I was so happy to have the opportunity to share this all with you.
