Queen of Spades and Black Hearts Fashion Film

by

Inspired by my love for film noir and heavily influenced by my latest musical crush G-Eazy, I decided to create a different kind of outfit post: a fashion film.

Making more fashion films was and is on my goal list for 2018 and I said to myself that what better moment to start than right this moment. Ever since I was a little kid I had this directorial side of me that listened to music and imagined all kinds of videos, scenes and worlds. Basically I lived (and still do) in a permanent imagination…

Yet I was never really brave enough to try to make these visions of mine a reality. Until this month, when I finally kicked my fear’s butt and told it to take a hike. This is how this video came to life. I wanted to shoot something inspired by old movies / film noir / 40’s & 50’s spies and gangsters, but also to present it in a fresh way. And while having “Him and I” on repeat almost non-stop for the past few weeks, I decided to use a similar kind of soundtrack for my project.
