I’ve had this thing for snakeskin prints and textures for quite a few years now and this is the second (or third?!) year I’ve been wearing these jeans on repeat because I love them THAT much. And since they are such a big love of mine and staple in my wardrobe, I decided to dedicate a post to them where I get to talk about all the things I adore about this pair.
First of all I love how they have a foil-like effect, even though they aren’t really foiled. There is just the right amount of light reflection without looking like you are wrapped in tin-foil. Secondly I love how the print is abstract enough to not make them an extremely obvious snakeskin print – I love the mysteriousness of that.
I also like that the material has a little bit of stretch to it and it’s not very heavy, which makes them comfortable to wear all day long. They are my favorite during the fall and winter seasons because they look great with oversized sweaters. The high waist is also flattering and easy to style with cool belts or tuck-ins.
I got these dusty pink knot suede sneakers yesterday from Steve Madden and I just love how comfortable and stylish they are. I was so excited to share them with you and to create my first outfit featuring them.
